This means we:
- Appoint a Talentis Staff member to be your Project Manager
- We agree on the Project Brief
- We agree on the Project Plan, resources, timescales, and project deliverables
- We use an agreed project methodology and framework
- We provide pre-agreed reports and measurements at the desired times and checkpoints
- We provide the required staff to ensure successful project completion (using our PMO/Project resourcing service).
We are realistic and flexible. We allow ourselves and yourselves to change any parts of the project as it develops, with mutual agreement between the two parties – we offer a flexible approach – best for your business.
We supply staff to your project as required – we ensure you have the resources for delivery
